Make this fun pumpkin zippy pouch for Halloween, Thanksgiving or to celebrate Autumn! Use fat 8ths or scraps of fabric to make this cute holiday pouch. Put candy treats inside and give it as a fun gift.
Finished Bag Size: 5 ” H x 6 ¾ ” L
• Two - 5 ¾ ” x 8” rectangles of fabric for interior side panels
• Two - 5 ¾ ” x 8” rectangles of light to mid weight woven fusible interfacing for the exterior side panels (Optional: 2 more for the interior side panels but not necessary)
• Four strips of various colored fabrics (5 ¾ ” x 2 ¾ ”) each
• Four strips of various colored fabrics (5 ¾ ” x 2” ) each
• One - 2” x 17” strip of fabric - wristlet strap and d-ring strap
• One - 2” x 17” strip of light to mid weight woven fusible interfacing
• One - 2” x 2” square of fabric for the zipper tab
• One - 6” x 4” piece of felt, micro-suede or vinyl (For the face)(Fabric can be appliquÈd on as well.)
• 8” zipper or longer (A 5” zipper can be used, but it cannot be by the yard/meter. It needs the top tape extension and bottom tape extension with the zipper stops. A zipper by the yard can be used as well, but the zipper would be sewn over one or both ends then trimmed).
• One ½ ” Lobster clasp and one ½ ” D-ring
