I assembled these boots by hand sewing. They can also be assembled on a sewing machine in zig-zag mode.
If you have a hoop for an embroidery machine no more than 200x200 mm (8x8 "), you can print a PDF file detail "D" 1:1 and cut out the sole from the material you need and sew it on later on a sewing machine. See PDF below for sizes and details.
