Make these fun placemats using scraps of fabric for the flying geese blocks and strips of fabric for the vertical and horizontal lines. Raid your fabric stash and have fun playing with colors. These can be made for any season or occasion and will brighten up your dining room table. Have fun and choose your favorite colors.
Finished Size: 12” H x 18” W
Prewash, straighten and press all fabrics prior to cutting.
Materials for 4 Placemats:
• 2 yards (72”) of main fabric (Back of placemat and contrast fabric to the geese)
• 2/3 (24”) of a yard of fabric (Flying geese and stripes for the large HST) (***If using multiple colors of fabric, º yard of each is needed or scraps)
• 1 yard of low loft batting
