The celestial bedtime softie toys are fun and simple to make from scraps of felt. Instructions are included to make eight different toys – a sun, cloud, star, heart, raindrop, moon, bear and rainbow. They can be used to create mobiles and garlands.
The toys are 3 1/2” wide by 3” tall or smaller. Patterns can be enlarged or reduced to make the toys any size that you would like. They are stitched entirely by hand, using basic embroidery stitches (whip stitch, stem stitch and straight stitch). A safety eye is used for the bear’s nose – you can also use felt or embroidery.
