This design comes with the placement and tack down lines to attach the feathers on the bottom left OR the top right just under the headband. You will need to stitch out the feathers first in a separate hoop on tear away stabilizer. ( stitch them with a single layer of felt, do NOT add a back layer or they will be to thick for the headband to stitch through).
